Greetings, Brothers and Sisters in Christ:
Governor Cooper has moved North Carolina into Phase 3, and we are preparing to welcome you back inside our Worship Center on Sunday, November 1. Our “Re Opening” team has been working hard on a plan with your safety and comfort our utmost concern. We are following the guidelines recommended by the CDC and the Western North Carolina Conference. You can read more about those guidelines HERE.
We plan to return to our regular worship schedule with two services offered at 8:30 and 10:30. All children are welcome to worship with their families at this time. We will need to limit the number of people inside at one time, so registration will be required. To help us plan, click HERE to complete this short survey.

Our protocols for indoor worship are as follows:
1. We ask that you register through the Church Center App under Events (a link will also be available on our website). You will be able to choose which service you are attending and check all the people in your household who will be attending. You will be asked how many chairs you need grouped together for Worship and which Sunday School classes you will be attending.
2. When you arrive for Worship, you must enter through the main entrance. Your temperature will be taken before you enter the building. Masks are required for the comfort and safety of all congregation members. An usher will direct you to your seat. The seats will have been sanitized before each service.
3. To better follow social distancing guidelines, we will dismiss in an orderly fashion. You will exit the building through the second set of doors in the lobby (not the same doors you entered).
4. If you are attending Sunday School, you will enter through the Preschool entrance where a greeter will take your temperature before entering the building and you will be directed to your class. Again, masks are required. The one exception is Jan Lanning’s Adult Sunday School class which will be held in the Fellowship Hall. You will have your temperature taken at the main entrance and then enter the Fellowship Hall through that room’s exterior doors.
We are looking forward to welcoming you back to in-person Worship. We understand that there are some of you who are not yet comfortable with returning. Both services will be broadcast live through our website and Facebook.
