The Core (Youth group for 4th & 5th graders)

"The Core" is a youth group designed especially for 4th & 5th graders and is patterned after our middle school and high school youth groups.  The meetings are typically held Sunday evening from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. and include games and a lesson geared for pre-teens.  There are several fun and educational outings throughout the year as well as community service oppertunities for the kids to participate in.  For more information about this ministry, contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Core Kick-Off Scheduled for September 18, 2011

If you have a child in 4th or 5th grade for the 2011-12 school year, then your child is invited to join us for our official "Core kick-off" on Sunday, September 18 at 4:00 p.m. in the fellowship hall.  Russ Daum and This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it will lead Core this year and spend Sunday, September 18th playing some "get to know you" games with the kids and kicking off our lesson series  on what it really means to be a Christian.  On the horizon we have a trip to the Amazing Maize Maze planned, a movie night, Christmas caroling, and much more.  Parents wll get a full schedule on the 18th and one will be emailed to families who could not attend and a schedule will be posted here as well.  Also, please take a moment to complete our Medical and Liability Release.  Print these forms and bring them with you to the kick-off.  Or, you can simply fill them out when you arrive that Sunday.  If you have questions about this ministry please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
